+1Please move the ‘Checklists’ section to its own tab, next to Related Tickets / Tasks.
There’s already too much in the sidebar which agents already have to scroll a lot to use.
Please give this great feature the respect it needs and move it to its rightful place.
+8If this remains on the sidebar, would appreciate having the ability to disable if an organization chooses not to use Checklists or at least allow us to re-order the multitude of objects that are along that sidebar.
