It would be extremely helpful if you offered the ability to sort the list of tags by:
- Tag Name (alphabetic)
- Ticket (frequency - Most to least / Least to most)
- Contacts (frequency - Most to least / Least to most)
- Solutions (frequency - Most to least / Least to most)
..and that you offered column headings.
