Best Way To Populate Addresses For Hardware Requests On Tickets

Hi All, 


Can I get some suggestions of how I can make our full addresses appear on the service requests for agents after a service request has been raised. I have created a location fields but via adding the custom drop down the full address does not show for the agent in Ticket View, nor does the full address show for the user requesting from the Service Catalog.


Can someone help with the best way to achieve this>
