I used the FreshService data connectors to create a Logic App, in order to create a create in Freshservice. It kept saying access denial = True. Anyone has related experience can please help me?

Just checking to see if anyone was able to solve this? I can’t find documentation on where to get the API username.
I was able to get to authenticate using a username and password. But that is a big questionalble doing this way and not via API key. I just can’t get the logic app to work cause it doesn’t know about the Requester ID.
