That’s an interesting read with an interesting analogy!

When it comes to problem management done right, it eventually boils down to understanding what really works for you and your team. Explore different ways and see which one effectively provides your team with good results. After several trials and errors, we have widely been adopting the Kepner-Tregoe process and have found it to be more helpful for us.
