ITIL4 is a major shift for the ITIL world. The focus is on value and how this is co-created, delivered and demonstrated. The context is wider business and organisational working and the key learning is around how to use the existing good knowledge and practices flexibly and appropriately. ITIL 4 is also aligned with agile and product management concepts and is a positive supporting tool in the journey towards convergence of ideas (eg OPS, agile, lean, ITSM, Devops). 

So, how are you using some of the new ways of working, like value streams, guiding principles, value co-creation..?
