Notification email rule on every customer response based on if the Agent assigned to the ticket is online.

Hello,straight to the point - we use a rule, that makes everyone get an email notification If the customer responds/reopens the ticket. What we want to include is possibility to switch it on and of based on If the agent assigned to the ticket is online or not. This way the notifications to the other agents will be send only, If the agent assigned is offline. Is there any way to achieve this?Thanks for any kind of help,Te

Azure Orch - Add device to group

We have a group in AzureAD that enables USB’s. This is a per device group rather than User.I am wanting to setup an Orch so that a user can request USB’s be enabled by supplying their device name.I will then apply a timer which removes the device again in 5 days.I have managed to do this with Users. But not with devices.Is this possible? Or a work around?Thanks.

Best Way To Populate Addresses For Hardware Requests On Tickets

Hi All,  Can I get some suggestions of how I can make our full addresses appear on the service requests for agents after a service request has been raised. I have created a location fields but via adding the custom drop down the full address does not show for the agent in Ticket View, nor does the full address show for the user requesting from the Service Catalog. Can someone help with the best way to achieve this>

Multi-attachment issue thru Bubble.io API

Hi All, Posting attachments as a list doesn't work for Bubble.io API calls since bubble has this limit where they only allow 1 attachment per call.We are thinking if we could create recursive workflow where we post multiple calls to the same ticket with different attachments until the uploaded attachments list is exhausted. But in this way we will post multiple replies, which is def not what we want and will multiply the amount of replies the ticket originally should have.  So wonder if there’s a way to post just attachments to the ticket without creating extra replies?

Change Management Module - Cannot link changes to Software Assets

We invested much time and effort to entering all of our IT assets - hardware and software. When we open Change tickets and want to reference the software, our software assets do not appear under the Software selection. This makes the tool far less appealing. We have teams assigned to different applications. Without noting the system, everyone sees all of the tickets instead of those relevant to them..

Azure AD SCIM new user create error

So I am testing out the SCIM app in the freshworks app list for Azure Active Directory Provisioning (SCIM) developed by “Effy” roughly 3 months ago. I have everything implemented and it seems to be working as far as updating users and everything. But anytime the provisioning needs to create a user in FreshService - it errors out creating on Azure side and the error is, umm, very vague.I have checked all the attributes and everything seems to be correct.
