Sorry I am a bit confused. Are you talking about if agents will be called by an IVR when an incident happens or if agents will be called by an IVR when their shift starts?
i'm talking about “if agents will be called by an IVR when their shift starts”

Apologies for the late reply.
Currently, only e-mail reminders can be sent out as a shift start notification.
This is because we don’t want agents to start treating Phone or SMS as “regular” notifications and treat them as urgent or high priority whenever they come to them.
