A study by the Information Technology Services Marketing Association (ITSMA) found that account, based marketing has a higher return on investment (ROI) than other marketing strategies, according to 84% of companies who implement ABM strategies. Additionally, companies are allocating over 28% of their budget to ABM according to the same ITSMA research.
