Freshchat - Freshsales Integration
Automated lead creation on Freshsales is now possible with both email ID and phone number. Previously leads were created only if the user's email ID was present on Freshchat.
When a visitor or prospect initiates a chat for the first time, you can automatically create a lead in Freshsales, if their email ID or phone number doesn’t exist already. This email ID or phone number will be collected by our bot.
This also means any user on your WhatsApp support channel can be converted as a lead on Freshsales.
