Advanced permissions for custom roles

Freshdesk will soon allow more customization of roles and permissions that can be assigned to an agent. With the new customization capabilities, you will be able to choose who can create a ticket, allow certain agents to edit statuses, CRUD permissions for service tasks, View, edit and manage permissions for the Analytics tab.
