L4 Bugs

  • There were text errors in the account overview customer fields section

  • The Account 360 overview page title was showing a mismatch

  • A null value showed up by default when editing a blank-value editable field. 

  • We were unable to close the last interaction details modal

  • Account list preview wasn’t working as expected when comparing a metric value

  • The compare metric value wasn’t working as it should on the alert automation page

  • Tables were being used more than once in tasksMgr.listPage() query

  • Notifications templates were getting merged resulting in multiple emails getting consolidated incorrectly as a single email

Bugs

  • We received a “Gateway timeout error" when performing a sync single record action for Hubspot connector

  • The churn dashboard ARR/MRR display was not consistent

  • Workflow_config.py file had content even when configuration was not saved to production

  • In the NPS report page, users weren’t seeing any data in the table when they removed the NPS score column

  • In accounts page updating the stage field value was not updating the stage history

  • The app failed on out of memory error rather than ignoring it

  • Users were unable to update Churn likelihood to ‘no risk’ in the following scenario

    • Sales rep name not rendered in the Account 360 slider

  • There was an issue with join logic of connectors config parser

  • Freshdesk Customer Success account creation wasn’t able to create account in search service

  • The total tasks count was being displayed as (0) in Kanban view page

  • Whenever a user clicked on ‘Add task’ in the slider and pressed the back button, the priority was getting changed to medium in the Goal creation slider

  • There was an alignment issue with the Freshdesk app name and health score

  • We’ve performed character encoding for Touchpoints
