Bug fixes
These were the bugs detected, and they’ve now been fixed.
- Customers were unable to search by call notes.
- Agents were stuck in a logged-out state.
- Customers were unable to add call tags to incoming calls.
- Freshsales customers were redirected to the overall contacts page when they clicked on Contacts from the phone widget.
- Omnichannel and CRM customers were unable to view ‘All Calls’ and ‘My Calls’ in the mobile app.
- Agent status was displayed incorrectly on the live agent dashboard.
