Bug fixes

 

These were the bugs detected, and they’ve now been fixed.

  1. Customers were unable to search by call notes.
  2. Agents were stuck in a logged-out state.
  3. Customers were unable to add call tags to incoming calls.
  4. Freshsales customers were redirected to the overall contacts page when they clicked on Contacts from the phone widget.
  5. Omnichannel and CRM customers were unable to view ‘All Calls’ and ‘My Calls’ in the mobile app.
  6. Agent status was displayed incorrectly on the live agent dashboard.
