New Features and Enhancements


New offerings from Freshworks Professional Services 

Freshworks Professional Services team has recently launched four new offerings, namely: Managed Services, Health Assessment, Admin Coaching & Orchestration packages.

Bug fixes


These were the bugs detected, and they’ve now been fixed.

  1. There were data syncing issues with the latest Touchpoint/email date.

  2. The Alert playbook document link was getting appended with the Freshdesk Customer Success account URL.

  3. The NPS template and dashboard did not load.

  4. Contacts added in accounts were not listed in Touchpoint add participants dropdown. 

  5. The survey was not displayed immediately in active tab after it was marked as Pause in the Survey list page.

  6. The Task group dropdown option was not displayed while editing the page in Alert playbook.

  7. An irrelevant toaster message was displayed when customers clicked ‘Enter’ after searching the custom fields.

  8. Empty and null case issue was observed in custom fields in Contacts and Users.
