Bug Fixes

These were the bugs detected, and they’ve now been fixed.


  1. A dismiss alert option is shown even for already dismissed alerts in Account 360 page. 

  2. There are issues with the email templates in the Email Center. 

  3. Once a new contact is created, the contact is not immediately displayed. Only after the browser is refreshed, is the contact shown. 

  4. Churn forecast sorting is not working.  

  5. When creating a new rule under Alert Automation that includes churned accounts, the “include churned accounts” checkbox is unchecked on creation. 

  6. On the Response List Page, the account list filter is not retained once the filter slider is opened.
