A new version of the iOS app, 4.0, is out in the App Store. The app has been completely designed with iPad in mind, with a brand new layout that makes it really easy to browse tickets, contacts and call history. The iPhone app has been redesigned from the ground up too.

are there any plans to put the same development effort and attention to the FreshService app ?




I wanted to know if you plan to add chat functionality into the app. Right now I can't be as mobile when chats are live. Almost every other chat platform has the ability to communicate with customers via chat on the mobile app.

Are there any plans to update the iPad app to at least work in landscape mode? Using a keyboard, which many people do, does not work with the Freshcaller App, and the built in shortcut bar blocks the icons at the bottom.  Please update if it’s not already in an upcoming release. Thank you!
