Shopify historical sync
Freshmarketer for Shopify users can now sync all historical data from Shopify to contextually engage with customers.
What can you do with it?
Segment customers based on previous purchases and send promotional offers
Send out reminder emails for frequent purchases
Segment customers and bucket them based on previous purchases
Revenue attribution report: A few users reported missing data in the revenue attribution report. This issue is now fixed.
Segments: Some users reported contacts are not getting segmented in the dropped condition under Journey events. This issue has been fixed.
Web forms: A few users reported that forms are not loading after changing the url and clicking the "load form" button. This issue is now fixed.
