They can set up multi-channel engagement and drive shop orders with conversational marketing and support. The chat inbox has been upgraded from a bubble layout to a full-fledged inbox layout allowing users to access chat conversations and related information on a dedicated screen. Custom URL for Organization

Admins can now personalize their login URL as per branding requirements. This can be done from within the Organization module of the Neo Admin Center. More details here.
