New integration (Signature management Plus), fixed issues with selecting groups, removing DKIMs and date picker limitations and other bugs - Release notes through 22nd Aug 2019

Bug fixes

1. Fixed bug: Latency issues when selecting groups

Agents were facing latency issues (of 30-45 seconds) while selecting the group from the group dropdown field in the new ticket page and ticket details page. This is fixed.

2. Fixed bug: Agents were unable to remove unwanted DKIM

Agents were unable to remove unwanted DKIM as deleting a record threw an error. This is fixed.

3. Fixed bug: 20-year limitation on the date picker

Agents were unable to use the date picker to add any dates twenty years from the current date. This is fixed now.

Marketplace apps

1. Signature Management Plus: Store multiple signatures (45+) that can be used based on the group or product assigned to a ticket.
