Full-page app not showing up in Freshsales
I am adding a custom app to our Freshsales Suite, and things seem to show up correctly for the Contact menu.Is full page app supported in Freshsales?If not, it would be fantastic if the documentation mentioned where things do or don’t work, depending on the app. For example, using “freshsales” in the manifest DOES NOT WORK, but “freshworks_crm” does.
Freshworks CRM mobile app - Able to communicate/messaging via Whatsapp?
Hi all, We are planning to use FreshSales (FreshWorks CRM) and exploring the features. We’ve learned that the FreshSales (PC Web based application) is able to integrate messaging with Whatsapp. And there is a also FreshSales mobile app available for mobile device (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.freshdesk.freshsales.mobile&hl=en&gl=US), so the user is able to use it on mobile device.Would like to ask the following:Is this FreshSales mobile app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.freshdesk.freshsales.mobile&hl=en&gl=US) would be able to communicate/message via Whatsapp too? Is the FreshSales mobile app can be run on both mobile phone & tablets? Thank you.
Export contacts, accounts or deals to csv in FreshCRM
I’m just learning FreshCRM and surprised there is no obvious way to export contacts, accounts or deals to a CSV file. I expected an option in the contacts, accounts or deals list view to export but its not there. I looked at Analytics but can’t seem to add columns to the table output. The reporting tool in analytics looks like its not extensible. Is there any way for a sales manager to export a list of contacts, accounts, or deals. Need to be able to filter to various lists and customize columns for the output.
Shopify Tags - Not Synching
Currenlty missing over 100+ contacts with no shopify tagsin the customer fields area. I have been receiving updates but have no estimate on if this will ever be fixed. This is my second trial so we are working on 45+ days of nothing. Any help would be great as we are working on 2 months without the ability to use this CRM. Perhaps it’s not ready for shopify?
How are Freshworks_CRM and Freshsales related?
For getting custom apps to show up, I was instructed to use “freshworks_crm” in the manifest.Is this just a bug, or is “freshsales” not supported?Also, I’m not clear what product we’ve bought. When I check my login, I see “Freshsales Suite”, but the url says “/crm/sales/”Can someone explain this to me? Mostly I want to just be able to help myself, but the documentation and availability of sample apps etc. seems to be skewed towards Freshdesk, and it’s not clear if custom app things are handled in the same way between apps.
Are React Apps supported in Freshsales?
I have successfully gotten a custom app to show up when I use “freshworks_crm” in the manifest and use the “my first app” template offered in the menu.However, I’ve noticed that the react app template is only available under freshdesk.Does this mean that react apps are not supported under freshsales?
Keyboard Shortcuts for Freshsales CRM
Are there any keyboard shortcuts in the CRM? I don’t see any. Most importantly I’d like to have a shortcut to start search. Also nice if you could start search for common objects with keyboard shortcut such as accounts, deals and contacts.I wonder why focus is not by default on the search field. This seems like the obvious place to set the cursor when loading a page.

Germany - Smooth and selective double opt in with integrated app
Hello, We recently chose Freshsales as our CRM and Marketing campaign manager. Being based in Germany, most of our leads are German, and by law we are required to have a double opt-in process set in place.Freshworks has a double opt-in feature but it has some extra steps that are not ideal at all for an incoming lead to go through. Therefore, I have been searching for an integrated external app that would host our website forms, do this double opt-in in a straightforward way and send the data to Freshworks.Has anyone been through this already? I would love to hear your feedback and/or recommendations if you have any.And as a more general topic, I am very surprised of how few tools actually offer a double opt-in workflow, considering it is becoming the norm in the EU.Thank you!Arnaud
Workflows - Deals Updating Lifecycle Stages
Hi All,I’m in need of some help when setting up workflows in Freshworks. I have workflows that ensure deat stages trigger updates to contact lifecycle stages, however, I am running into an issue if a contact has multiple deals associated.i.e. Contact 1 already has a Deal in the Won StageBut, Contact 1 is also associated to another deal in the Discovery StageHow do i prevent the workflows from automatically updating Contact 1’s lifecycle stage back to Discovery?The ideal workflow would beIF Deal Stage is in DiscoveryAND Contact Lifecycle Stage is not in Won UPDATE Related Contacts Lifecycle Stage Although these joint workflows don’t exist from what i can see.Appreciate any advice from the Community on this :)
LinkedIn Data Used to Keep CRM Updated
Dear Freshworks Community, BackgroundI have freshly gotten Freshsales as our main CRM and we have imported a 1000 contacts and 400 accounts into it. The data on these contacts is unfortunately relative scarce but we have for 800 out of the 1000 contacts the LinkedIn profile field filled out. ProblemNow we would like to use LinkedIn to fill out for example contact fields like email or phone for these 800 contacts with LinkedIn. In addition to that, it would be awesome if we could keep these contacts automatically updated through LinkedIn. Is there any way to do this without programming a plugin or so? Maybe there is a software tool out there enabling us to do that? Additional FeatureThe perfect feature would then be to have a way to automatically create new contacts/accounts in Freshsales through LinkedIn sales navigator. But I guess that is even harder to achieve then the other problems. Did someone have the same problem and found a solution for that? :) Thanks for your help,RobustDes
Make the Freshsales Deal Funnel Match the Website Example - Color Coding
Does anyone know if I’m just completely oblivious or if finding the way to color code the funnel stages is somewhere hidden. This is what is on the website but that vertical colored stipe doesn't seem to be anywhere that I can find it in the settings. Any help would be appreciated.
Subscription products (PricingType,Subscription cycle,No. of billing cycles) to deal amount
Testing out freshsales as an alternative to our current salesforce org. Im loving everything so far, but im stumpped. It seems that PricingType,Subscription cycle,No. of billing cycles have nothing to do with the deal amount. It seems that the deal amount is only affected by unit price,setup fee and quantity.I might be doing something wrong, but if im not… I guess has anyone figured out a workaround to incorporate those details into the deal price. Its pretty big for selling SaaS type subsctiption products..For a simple example.. I set the unit price(license price) at $100 dollars. Selling 100 units. Subscription cycle is yearly and the billing cycle is 5.Right now its just 100*100=$10,000… What makes more sense is that it would be 100*100*5=$50,000.
Freshsales Suite Email Campaign cannot receive reply emails
I have set up an email marketing campaign via Freshsales suite. The campaign could be able to send to target list of recipients which I have created. However, once the recipients reply to the sender email, none of their replies are delivered to sender’s email. It clearly indicates that their replies are successfully sent but from my end (sender) I could not be able to receive any of them. How could I be able to solve it? Thanks.

How do FS customers measure sales funnel conversion rates?
Hello,Wanted to understand how companies using Freshsales track their sales funnel conversion rates? Let’s Imagine that our sales funnel is a typical one - Inbound lead, MQL, SQL, Deal. Typically we get a deal at the end from an account and that deal can be attached to one or more SQLs (contacts) – in this case, how is conversion rate measured? Since inbound leads, MQLs and SQLs are individual people and at the end we get a deal? So how do we compare these two metrics?
Is there a solution for referrals (referring clients out or in)
We have a loan company where almost all of our clients come from referrals. We need to market to and send our potential loan clients through a funnel but we also need to send the referrals through a funnel and connect them to any clients we get based off them. Is there any sort of module we could have for that or solution for this type of thing? Another instance is where law firms get and send referrals from other law firms or medical providers. I know I could create a custom module but it wouldn’t have email or phone so I wouldn’t be able to market to them with automations.

Send one off WhatsApp Campaign message from CRM
We have WhatsApp integration successfully setup: When testing a made campaign (with WA template and all) it works directly from Freshsales Suite CRM (technical setup) when e.g. testing a campaign and entering my own number. ✅However, in order to send/use such a message (“We have done x for you”) I need to create a journey that somehow gets triggered by an “event” from another system.Question: Would it be possible to just click a button, like sending email, SMS, etc, to send to WhatsApp? 🤔Or, how could I easily send a WhatApp message to one contact, using Freshsales suite, without making a contact-field, setup a segment, have that segment trigger a journey that sends the message. Feels like a lot of too much work.
