How Do I Import from Zendesk?

Hi Dave,Happy New Year!You would need a XML export from Zendesk to import your data from Zendesk to Freshdesk. Once you have the XML file ready,  please go to Admin->Account-> Import from Zendesk . Please enter Admin Credentials of your Zendesk account , upload the file and you should be set.Please let us know if you need further assistance.Regards,Sudharshan

Anyone having issues with FreshDesk's support?
