Hi Dan, Thanks for the feedback and yes, now that we're done with the revamp of activities on the ticket details page, we will look at replicating the same on the dashboards as well. Customers randomly stop getting our Helpdesk emails

Hi everyone, Thank you for your responses on this thread - we understand the severity of this issue and apologise for not having picked it up earlier. Rest assured, we have picked this up now and are analysing the best approaches to solving the problem.  We typically want to provide you with the following information: (a) Information pertaining to the reason for a failed / bounced email delivery This could be when a "hard" bounce occurs typically because of an invalid recipient address This could also be in context of a "soft" bounce when an email got as far as the recipient's mail server but was returned before reaching the intended recipient's mailbox. Typical example of this scenario is when the recipient's inbox is full. While the two scenarios mentioned above are fairly straightforward, there are also scenarios when mail servers do not necessarily return bounce notifications and block certain emails with the intention of preventing potential spammers. Two email addresses

Hi Colin,Thanks for your post on our forums. Regarding your query, this is already possible in Freshdesk and is default behaviour.Assume you have configured two support mail accounts in Freshdesk: primary@yourcompany.com (default) secondary@yourcompany.com Scenario 1: Tickets are created from emails received in any of the support mail accounts:In this scenario, when you reply to the ticket, the reply is sent from the email address that received the request, by default.Scenario 2: Tickets are created from the Freshdesk portal:In this scenario, we use the default mail account to send out the reply. In both scenarios mentioned above, you can change the reply mail account if you wish, by choosing the desired mail account in the "From" field.Hope this clarifies your doubt. Have a great day ahead!
