Search Tickets based on Closed date

@Keer ,  You stated:  “the option to have closed date filter in the list view is already raised as a feature request to our team.”Is there any progress made on this feature request?

How do you schedule your tickets on a calendar?

Yes. I’m well aware that there is no Outlook integration - I’ve been told what FreshDesk can’t do many times. As I stated, I’m also aware of Zapier integration.  I’m completely blown away that not a single FreshDesk user has ever had the need to schedule a ticket in a calendar.   My question is; HOW DO YOU SCHEDULE YOUR TICKETS?   We have relatively low ticket volumes, and thus an agent can schedule tickets manual as an appointment. But i can image with higher volumes, or as a support-supervisor, you need something more clever. Have you thought of using the scheduling dashboard?

Thank you for listening to the Community,  AND/OR operators, execute all rules, Easier reordering rules. These where highly requested product enhancements. Good to hear these features are soon to be available, we hope they will work as expected!It's not enabled in our account yet, but i am sure it will be available soon.
