Freshservice Analytics - custom fields in assets

@Daniella_Moses  - Sure, this is possible. Please make sure to apply to the required CI Type widget  filter to leverage the respective CI type’s custom fields. Example:     Please feel free to write an email to support@freshservice.com if you are facing challenges in the same and we would be glad to get it sorted. Hi,We have a field “Company” on what you consider as “root_ci” Hardware and we would like to visualize all hardware grouped by company, but this doesn’t seem to be possible? I have tried but I am unable to filter/group when the filter Root_ci is “Hardware”.Thank you!
