We’re having the exact same issue. It makes no sense that you can do this on Ticket Creation and Ticket update automations but not on Business Hours automation.It looks like there has been multiple threads on this - On that thread it looks like it was put in as a feature request but no feedback has been given then on any progress.Can anyone on the freshdesk team please provide an update on this?ThanksJerome
Hi @Jerome.Haynes. I can check with the Freshdesk product team regarding this idea. Unsure why this idea having 5+ votes had an Archived status label. Shall check on that as well. For now, I am changing the status of this idea to OPEN and will let the concerned teams know. Thanks Rashmi, an update on this would be very appreciated as I think a few of us are finding this is a much needed feature. Thanks for setting this back to open Jerome
YES!!!!!! This is a superb suggestion. Not knowing if we are using current data has been a real issue for us. +1 for the Manual Refresh Button! Yeah, it’s one of those simple little things that would make life so much easier if you’re frequently manipulating data and need to see the latest version of a report!
