Issue regarding Access-Control-Allow-Origin header to AWS

 Hi Support, I am developing an apps and using AWS Javascript SDK to make API to AWS S3 bucket. The problem is that I encountered a CORS issue which disallow my call to AWS S3 bucket. I have no problem to use the same code on my server to talk to S3. ============ ERROR =============XMLHttpRequest cannot load https://s3-ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com/s3.demo.mydomain.com/test.json. Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'https://mydomain.freshdesk.com' is therefore not allowed access. Error: Network Failure  at XMLHttpRequest.<anonymous> (aws-sdk-2.9.0.min.js?_=1488368547259:6) "NetworkingError: Network Failure  at XMLHttpRequest.<anonymous> (https://s3-ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com/awk-sdk/aws-sdk-2.9.0.min.js?_=1488368547259:6:31259)" That being said, I suspect it is something to do with domain whitelisting in manifest.xml file. $this.db.get store as variable for global use

Hi Support, May I know can $this.db.get can pass the result into and stored as variable for global variable? In the following, the "return data.aws_ticket_id" has indeed stored the id value, but I have struggling to find out the way to use it in global context   GetStoredData : function(f_ticket_id) {          this.$db.get("ticket: " + f_ticket_id + "").done(function(data) {         return data.aws_ticket_id;              })          .fail(function(err) {         return err;       });     } I have tried first declare in global context: var f_ticket_id = domHelper.ticket.getTicketInfo().helpdesk_ticket.display_id; then console.log(self_GetStoredData(f_ticket)); --> return "undefined" Appreciate your help! Freshdesk App can work with AWS Javascript SDK?

Hi, I am just getting started to develop a freshdesk app project using AWS Javascript SDK. Before getting further, I have followed the instruction from AWS to simply include <script src="https://sdk.amazonaws.com/js/aws-sdk-2.7.20.min.js"></script> in template.html and simply created an object var s3 = new AWS.S3(); or  var s3 = new window.AWS.S3(); in app.js for a test. However, it returned  "Uncaught ReferenceError: AWS is not defined" OR "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'S3' of undefined" in console log when I tried to run it from browser. May I know any limitation or need any attention to work with AWS Javascript SDK? http://docs.aws.amazon.com/sdk-for-javascript/v2/developer-guide/js-sdk-dv.pdf
