Is it possible to change this to where instead of creating a child ticket for all additional items maybe a checkbox next to the additional items you want to create child tickets for instead?For example - We have a Service Request that has a bunch of different additional items, however - most of the items the main technician can do but 1 or 2 he can't. Instead of creating 10 child tickets we want 1 main ticket and then the 1 or 2 child tickets assigned the other technician separately.
HTML Signature in One PlaceArchived
It would be nice to be able to create one Service Desk HTML Signature in one location and then have the ability to use it across all sent e-mails.It's really annoying having to edit 100+ notification email's every time we update our signatures.Also, the current one, even if I paste perfect html, it looks fine in the preview but then its double spaced in all the actual e-mails sent. Any reason why?
Anybody else having issues with Freshservice retrieving emails to turn into tickets?These are the settings that worked for me previously.Incoming Mail server: outlook.office365.com:993 (SSL) (Auth: Plain)Outgoing Mail Server: outlook.office365.com:587 (SSL/TLS) (Auth: Login)This worked fine before, I added a new e-mail and it stopped working.Also I noticed I am no longer getting the e-mails to verify the new e-mail address.Note: The info is correct because if I input it incorrectly Freshservice will give an error and not let me proceed/update the information.
