Hello Team, As I am keen to know about migration from JIRA to Freshservice. Here I request you to please join address my suggestion. And add feature within Freshservice for smooth migration. Freshservice should have capability to migrate entire JIRA tickets with history without any third party tool.Waiting for the reply.Best Regards,HS
