Not strong with API, but I want to pull a date from the body and place it in the ticket name. In the body : Effective date: <date here> I’d like to copy this text to the ticket name so that I can easily prioritize tickets based off effective date. I hope this makes sense.
I need to manage AutoCAD, that we have a subscription based license. However we currently have multiple versions in the software catalog that use the single license subscription. I cannot find a way to tie multiple software versions to a single license in Freshservice. Any guidance would be amazing.
Import asset not available for those who can create assets. This access is not intuitive to add the ability to import assets in bulk, when the role allows to add assets one by one. What access provides the ability to import in bulk? Current access attached.
