Tags current show up as simple comma-separated text, in the “Contact Details” pane on the right-hand side when viewing a ticket. Tags should have the same appearance wherever they are - and when I click on “View More Info” and I see the contact’s details, I see tags, this way: Tags should have the same appearance wherever they’re used. IDEALLY, the tags should also have the option to customize the (text) color and background-color, in order to provide a visual queue for the tag.
