add button or menu option?

Hi, I got a question from a customer who asks if it possible to add a direct link to the change calender from within the menu, or from within the dropdown menu at the top right.Is there any possibility to add a menu button in the left menu?Or to add a menu-item to the “My Work” dropdown? Bad translation of the date in table layout

We discovered that when changing the ticket list to Table view The dates in the column “Created at” are translated in a strange way.Normally you would get “April 6” or “6 April” But in Freshdesk it says “6de Apr.”The ‘de’ part is a little weird.As far as I know, we cannot change this ourselves.Maybe we can get a Feature Request for this?

Does anyone if there is any (Custom) Attribute in AzureAD that can be set to define a specific role for a provisioned user? Or, if not possible, any other possibility to add automatically a role to a user based on the function of the user.

Hello,Today we had a meeting with a customer about Freshchat and their Chatbot.During this meeting, I've seen a few strange behaviors…Like when we've changed something and ticked on preview, the bot always started at Flow 1.1In our training environment, however, our bots always start the preview from the point where we have edited something.So say if you add a Flow 5.5 and want to check that, you just click on Preview it starts the preview at 5.5 and not on 1.1Is this a change that i've missed? or is this a setting that we can edit?Secondary, we've noticed that we cannot delete a pointer that is set.So, if the customer creates a flow (say 5.5 again) and then selects that when choosing option 1, the next step should be flow 6.1 and afterwards sees that it should be 6.2, it is not editable. Do we miss something, or is this normal behavior?Looking forward to hear from you!GreetZ!Chris.

Mail externally from time triggered automator

Hello, A Customer of us has a Time Triggered Automator set up so that the assigned agent gets an email after X hours assigned.But, now is the question, can we also mail someone that is externally?I couldn't find any workable option, but maybe someone knows a good app or workaround for this?Kind Regards,Chris.

Copy Category from Ticket to Problem?

Hello,Maybe I am looking over it, but it looks like that there is no option to copy the category automatically when creating a new problem starting out of a ticket?It sounds very logical to me, but I have tried it myself and when I created a ticket, and then created a new ticket from there, the category was not prefilled…Any thoughts?Gr.Chris.

Edit text in header of Support Portal

Hello,I was wondering if it would be possible to edit the Welcome message when you log in to the support portal. At this moment it says: Hi, How can we help you? But, my "challenge” for my customer is, to get the name of the requester between ‘Hi’ and the Comma (,).So, If I login, the welcome message will say; Hi Chris, how can we help you? I hope someone knows how to do this. Thanks in advance!

Add Response time to ticket list
