We switched to FreshService from the old on-premise Spiceworks solution.One cool feature they had was in your asset inventory, you could click on the serial number and it brought you to the support page on that manufacturer’s site.I think this would be relatively easy for FS to implement as the Manufacturer and Serial Number’s information is already gathered.For Dell, the link would be https://www.dell.com/support/home/product-support/servicetag/(ServiceTag/SN)/Anyway, this would be nice to have and save Agents about 20 seconds each time they need to look up an asset on Dell’s support site :)
