Auto update asset departments

We have come across a problem where if someone moves department the assets associated to that person stay in the same department. We update our departments in AAD and then use AAD sync to update our departments in FreshService. When a department gets updated the assets follows the user and therefore the users department should change in the assets as well. I’m hoping this is a bug and not something that got overlooked. Has anyone else come across this problem and what are they doing to remediate it?

Asset Discovery agent - servers

We have installed the Freshservice Discovery Agent on one of our servers in our external datacentre. it has pulled it back as the asset type “desktop”. is this normal behaviour? should it not pull it back as asset type “server” there notes say they discover “laptops, desktops and Servers”.

API Key error access denied

Noticed on November release notes that they are depreciating Basic Authentication in the web requests.I’ve tried to move over to API Key but am getting an error.Is anyone else getting this
