My company created our Freshdesk Estate plan back in 2016. We too believe in building strong long term relationships with our service providers. With Freshworks, we've only seen a lot of our basic features being moved to "premium" only type add ons. We also are last to receive most improvements and often are required to reach out to support to have them manually enabled.
We hope long term Freshworks dedicates time to understand how it can help it's legacy customers benefit from their platform improvements without being penalized for being legacy.
