- UI change in the New Ticket Form - Slight changes on the buttons on the New Ticket Form for the agent portal. Now, click on “Save” to create the ticket, “Save and Close” to create the ticket and set the status as Closed and “Save and New” to create the ticket and open a new ticket form.
- Incoming chat notification on the Browser tab
- Change password option hidden for profiles created via SSO
