New Feature Updates


  • Edit Subject Line of Ticket Replies - Now you can edit the subject line of the ticket replies from Admin>>Email Notifications>>Reply Template.




  • Security Notifications - You can now choose to notify an Administrator whenever an agent is added/deleted and also for IP whitelisting modifications.





This can be configured from Admin>>Security.



  • Print Solution Articles from the Customer Portal - Customers can now view your solution articles and opt to print them as well.






  • Grouping of Placeholders -Placeholders are now grouped together under different categories. 



  • RTL Support included on the Editor for Arabic language




  • Product Specific Freshchat widget - The customer portal of specific products will have the corresponding chat widget. Different customisations (colours, messages) can be applied for each widget, and installation code will be separate for each.
