New Hire Process
I am new to Freshservice and would like to create a New Hire Process where there would a parent ticket and child tickets pertaining to the parent ticket in different queues. Do you have any suggestions for me?

Shihab - now that you've noted it, it looks like the tasks have been fleshed out a bit more. Previously, it didn't reference the ticket number the task was associated with, making it really quite useless.
If that got communicated somewhere, I missed it.
Thank you for reaching out. Could you please try with our Dispatcher module. You can configure like When "Service Request" includes "New Hire" Add child tasks and assign to corresponding technician .
