Ticket Reply Disappears
A couple times I have replied to a ticket within Freshdesk only to find my response was not recorded.
Has this been reported by any other users?

We encounter this occasionally when our agents choose the "send and set as pending" option.
Yes! That is the exact same scenario for me, thanks for confirming I am not crazy.
That doesn't sound good and shouldn't be happening.
I am going to convert this post into a ticket, Sarah so that we can do further analysis.
