Change ticket type in "EDIT" panel for tickets

It would be great to be able to have a field in the edit window to change the ticket type, almost everything else is there.

Do we know if this feature is coming in the future?



This would be nice to have. We'd prefer changes to be labeled Standard/Normal/Emergency and then make escalation rules based on risk for Normal changes.
