how to hide command "simon says" freshdesk

i'd like know how to hide the command "simon says" in freshdesk.

Hi Antonio,


Email commands are detected only when Agents reply to email notification from their email. 

The line @Simonsays@ "priority":"high" @Simonsays@ will be automatically applied and removed from the rest of the content in Freshdesk.
