Incorrect Ticket Time
In Admin>Rebranding, our time zone is set to US Eastern
The time stamp on all of our tickets is off by one hour.
We believe this issue has been resolved.

I am still having this issue. How do I fix it?
I can't change the time zone from Eastern. I select a different time zone and Save, but it defaults right back to Eastern.
