You can add new child tickets to incidents directly from the parent ticket's detailed view (Previously, you could add only existing tickets here).

1. Planned start date and planned end date added to Changes.
2. Planned start and end date placeholders added to Email Notifications for Releases.
3. Calendar added to the navigation bar.
