SLA by Service Catalog Item


We need to set SLA for each item from Service Catalog. Because for a password reset can be a fast SLA, but for others we will need more time. So SLA by Service Catalog Item it is very important.

This feature is now available in the product. 

Now you can define SLAs based on service item/category of items present in a service request.
