Freshdesk Integrations :

Salesforce Opportunities in Freshdesk - Allow support agents to view up to five upcoming opportunities for an account. Agents can also manage sales activities through Freshdesk by creating new or linking existing opportunities to Freshdesk tickets.

New HipChat - The Freshdesk - HipChat integration has been overhauled entirely to be more user-friendly. Customers do not need a Heroku instance anymore to install the integration. The updated solution article documents the steps to to install the integration and use Freshdesk’s native automations - Dispatch’r and Observer - to trigger HipChat events. This updated version is easier to setup and manage. The existing implementation is now deprecated.
