Apart from bug fixes and performance improvements to enhance your experience, here are the specifics of this release:


Reports:


Save Reports: Each report lets you filter out the information for the tickets that you want to focus on. After entering a new set of filter conditions, you can save all the filters as a new report so that you won’t have to enter them all over again the next time.


We will be deprecating classic reports for all customers. We recommend you to use the new reports as they are more accurate and their calculations match industry standards.
