Freshdesk Release Notes, 6th April, 2016

Apart from bug fixes and performance improvements to enhance your experience, here is what we have for this release:


New freshdesk surveys: In the coming weeks, we will be enabling a new version of the customer satisfaction survey for our customers. 


Those who have subscribed to the Garden plan or above, will be able to:


  • send 2, 3, 5 or 7 point-scale surveys
  • ask follow up questions to collect more granular feedback
  • check the responses and satisfaction ratings through the new report
