Release Notes, 20th April, 2016


Apart from bug fixes and performance improvements to enhance your experience, this release features  the following : 

  • Customers can now create outbound tickets through APIs
  • Dynamic Forms are now supported in Freshdesk API v2 and will be enforced during the creation or update of a ticket via API.
  • Minimise the number of API calls you make. Freshdesk API v2 now supports embedding of additional resources. To start off, you can get requester and company details via the “View a Ticket” API itself. Support for embedding in other APIs will be rolled out in the future.
