Agent devides ticket, but can't see it

Agent of my new group (whosale sales) devides ticket. But new ticket is in default groupe "sales"

How can i do, new ticket will be in the same groupe as agent?


Apologies for the pretty late reaction on the post. Any split response should fall into the same group as the parent ticket. Drop us a note here in case if you're seeing something different and we'll act on it immediately.
