Agents assigned to only 1 group can see all tickets

we have a few groups set up on our account and agents are assigned in admin to only view their groups but are able to see all group tickets and activities

Can you please check if the agent(s) have been provided with Group Only access in FreshDesk? You can verify the same by navigating to the agent's profile wherein the Agent scope can be checked under the Roles and Scope section.
