Saving changes to email notifications is not working

Hi, I'm trying to change email notification settings at Admin > Helpdesk Productivity > Email Notifications.

When changing the slider on/off for any notification, the change is not saved when reloading the page. The ajax call in the background returns {"success":false,"msg":"An internal error occured.  Please contact support."},

Clicking Edit > Save also shows the message "An internal error occured. Please contact support."

Any suggestions? Thanks for your help.

By default,if the account has less than 10 tickets , the admin wouldn't be able to edit the email notifications. This is a part of our spam check policy.
